An industrial development authority, named the "Industrial Development Authority of the Town of Front Royal and the County of Warren, Virginia" is hereby created jointly with the county, pursuant to the provisions of Title 15.1, Chapter 33, including Sections 15.1-1373 through 15.1-1390, of the Code of Virginia, as amended.
