Chapter 158 VEHICLE AND TRAFFIC.
158-52 PERMIT TO BE CARRIED IN VEHICLE; INSPECTION; PENALTY
Every
permit required by Sections 158-49, 158-50 or 158-51 shall be carried
in the
vehicle to which it refers and shall be open to inspection by any
police
officer, and any person violating any of the terms or conditions of
such
special permit shall be punished as provided in Sections 158-49, 158-50
or
158-51.
