Chapter 158 VEHICLE AND TRAFFIC.
158-33 PARKING WITHIN PARKING METER SPACE
It
shall be unlawful to park any vehicle within a parking meter space
designated
as provided in Section 158-31 across any line or marking designating a
parking
meter space, or to park such vehicles in any way that the same shall
not be
wholly within a parking space as designated by such lines or markings.
