Chapter 148 SUBDIVISION AND LAND DEVELOPMENT. (updated 7-28-08)

Section 148-53 AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED FOR CHANGES ON FINAL PLATS.

No change, erasure or revision shall be made on any preliminary or final plat or on accompanying data sheets after written approval by the town has been endorsed on the plat or sheets unless written authorization for such changes is granted by the town.
