Section 148-51 VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES.

Any person, firm or corporation violating, causing or permitting the violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, may be fined up to one thousand dollars ($1,000.).
