Chapter 148 SUBDIVISION AND LAND DEVELOPMENT. (updated 7-28-08)

Section 148-5 JURISDICTION

A.  The provisions of this chapter shall be applicable to all land located within the corporate limits of the Town of Front Royal, Virginia.

B.  This chapter shall become effective on June 24, 1991.  A certified copy of the chapter, as may be amended from time to time, shall be filed in the office of the Town Manager.
