Chapter 148 SUBDIVISION AND LAND DEVELOPMENT. (updated 7-28-08)
Section 148-23 PURPOSE.
The
purpose of good subdivision and site development design is
to create a functional and attractive development, to minimize adverse
impacts
and to ensure that a project will be an asset to the general welfare of
the
community. To promote this purpose, all subdivision and site
development plans
shall conform to the standard herein, which are designed to result in a
well-planned community without adding unnecessarily to the cost of
development.
