Chapter 148 SUBDIVISION AND LAND DEVELOPMENT. (updated 7-28-08)

Section 148-22 GENERAL PROVISIONS.

A. The standard and requirements contained in this Article are intended to provide for the promotion of the public health, safety and general welfare. These standards shall be applied to all subdivision and development applications.

B.  All subdivision plats and site development plans shall give due recognition to the policies of the Comprehensive Plan and to other plans and ordinances adopted by the Town of Front Royal.
