Section 148-21 OPTIONAL SKETCH PLANS.
A
sketch plan may be submitted prior to the preparation of
engineered site development plans. In such cases, a sketch plan shall
be
considered a submission for informal discussion between the applicant
and the
town. Submission of a sketch plan shall not constitute an official
submission
of a site plan to the town. Sketch plats, accompanied by an application
form,
shall be submitted to the Director of Planning in numbers determined
sufficient
for distribution to and/or review by appropriate town departments.
Sketch plans
shall be reviewed administratively, with written notice and comments
provided
to the applicant within thirty (30) days.
