Section 148-12 MINOR SUBDIVISIONS.
Subdivisions
meeting all the definitional criteria in Section
148-57 as minor subdivisions shall require only the submission and
approval of
a final plat as provided herein. A minor subdivision applicant
may, at
his option, elect to follow the regular subdivision submission
requirements.
