Section 148-11 PREAPPLICATION PROCEDURE.
A
preapplication consultation between the developer and the
planning staff is encouraged prior to the submission of the preliminary
plat.
This is desirable to minimize development planning costs, to
avoid
misunderstanding or misinterpretation and to ensure compliance with the
requirements of this chapter. Representations made at preapplication
meetings
shall not be binding on the town or the developer.
