Section 142-7 USE OF THE PUBLIC WAYS BE CERTIFICATED PROVIDERS OF TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES.*
There is imposed upon all certificated providers of telecommunications service occupying the
public rights-of-way of Front Royal, a fee in accordance with Virginia Code Section 56-468.1.
