Chapter 142 STREETS AND SIDEWALKS.
Section 142-6 USE OF PUBLIC SIDEWALK IN CONNECTION WITH BUSINESS*
It shall be unlawful for any person within the town to use the sidewalk in front
of his place of
business to exhibit that which he has for sale or for other uses connected with his business,
without the prior consent of the Town Council
