Chapter 142 STREETS AND SIDEWALKS.
Section 142-3 FIRES.
It shall be unlawful for any person to ignite or make a fire or conflagration of any kind or cause
such fire or conflagration to be made or ignited in any of the public streets or sidewalks of the
town without the consent, in writing, of the Building Inspector, stating the time and place of such
fires.
