Section 134-69 CHARGE TO BE MADE FOR ALL WATER PASSING THROUGH METER
A
charge will be made for all water passing through meters, whether
used or wasted, even though the house or premises may not be occupied.
When premises are unoccupied, owners may have water cut off by
notice to
the Town Managers office.
