Section 134-66 EXEMPTIONS FROM CHARGES
A. Effective
July
1, 1982, no charge shall be made
for the first three thousand (3,000) gallons of water supplied each
month to
any building owned or occupied by a church or religious body and used
wholly
and exclusively for religious worship and education.
B. Effective
July
1, 1982, no charge shall be
made for the first three thousand (3,000) gallons of sewer service
supplied each
month to any building owned or occupied by a church or religious body
and used
wholly and exclusively for religious worship and education.
