Section 134-55 RULES AND REGULATIONS OF WATER DEPARTMENT
The
Town Water Department may make, from time to time, such
rules and regulations for furnishing water to consumers as it may deem
proper,
to take effect when approved by the Town Council. It shall be
unlawful
for any person to fail, neglect or refuse to comply with such rules and
regulations.
