Section 134-54 PIPE LAID OUTSIDE TOWN LIMITS
All
water pipes laid outside the town limits for connection to
the town's pipe lines or pipes through which the town is supply water
shall be
laid in accordance with specifications of the town and subject to
inspection at
all times by the Town Manager or any of his authorized agents.
