Section 134-37 CHARGE FOR REINSPECTION OF METER
A
charge, as established by resolution, shall be added to the
water bill of each consumer who, by his request, has the town test and
inspect
a water meter, when said water meter has been tested and inspected by
the town
at the request of the consumer within a previous twelve-month period.
Should,
however, the water meter be found to be inaccurate or malfunctioning,
the
charge will not be assessed.
