Section 134-29 PUBLICATION OF SIGNIFICANT VIOLATORS
The
town shall publish annually, in a daily or weekly newspaper
of significant circulation in the area where the municipal wastewater
system is
located, a list of significant violators, as defined herein, for the
previous
twelve (12) months.
