Chapter 130 RIGHT-OF-WAY UTILIZATION
Section 130-1 PURPOSE AND INTENT
The Town Council finds that unauthorized construction within or use of public right-of-way may
result in continued unsafe or restricted use of the public right-of-way by the general public. The
Town Council further finds the need to administer the use of the public right-of-way to protect
the public health, safety, and welfare by ensuring regulated use of the public right-of way. To
this end:
