Chapter 118 PLUMBING.
Section 118-5 PERMITS RESTRICTED TO DULY CERTIFIED MASTER PLUMBERS OR GAS FITTERS.
No permit to perform plumbing work or gas fitting shall be issued, as provided in Section 118-4,
to any person unless such person is already duly licensed and certified as a master plumber or gas
fitter in accordance with the provisions of this Article.
