Section 118-4 APPROVAL OF PLAN AND ISSUANCE OF PERMIT REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to perform or undertake to perform any plumbing work or gas fitting in the town until the plan of the proposed work has been approved by the Plumbing Inspector for the town and a permit issued by him for the performance of such work.
