Chapter 106 NOISE.
Section 106-17 PENALTIES.
A. Any person who violates any provision of this Chapter shall be deemed to be guilty
of a Class
III misdemeanor.
B. Each violation and/or day of violation of any provision of this section shall
constitute a
separate offense.
C. The imposition of one (1) penalty for any violation shall not excuse the violation
or permit it
to continue.
