Section 106-16 TESTING OF METERING DEVICES.
In order to implement and enforce this section effectively, the Chief of Police shall, within a
reasonable time after the effective date of same, develop and promulgate standards and
procedures for testing and validating sound level meters used in enforcement of this section.
