Section 102-1 LEGISLATIVE AUTHORITY; PURPOSE.

This Chapter is enacted pursuant to the provisions of Section 18, Subparagraphs (9) and (25) of the Charter of the Town for the purpose of securing and promoting the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the Town.
