Chapter 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS.
Section 1-6 DELETIONS FROM PRINTED VOLUMES.
A. The following ordinances as printed in the revised edition of the Code of
the Town of Front
Royal, Virginia, are surplusage and are not to be included as part of the newly adopted Code:
1. Section 110-27, Slander and liable.
2. Section 134-14, Petition by property owners for extension
of sewer service.
3. Section 134-15, Report to petitioners.
4. Chapter 31, pertaining to the Police Department.
5. Chapter 16, Sections 16-1, 16-2, 16-3, 16-4, 16-5,
16-6, 16-7, 16-8, 16-9 and 16-10,
pertaining to the Industrial Development Authority.
6. Chapter 43, Sections 43-1, 43-2, 43-3, 43-4, 43-5,
43-6, 43-7, 43-8, pertaining to air
pollution.
7. Chapter 51, pertaining to abandoned bicycles.
B. The aforementioned sections and chapters are hereby declared to be reserved
for future use.
