Section 1-5 SEVERABILITY.

If any part, section, subsection, sentence, clause, word or phrase of this ordinance or of the Code of the Town of Front Royal, Virginia, is for any reason declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or invalid, it shall be severed from the body of this ordinance or Code, and such decision shall not affect the validity of the remainder of this ordinance or of such Code.
