Section 1-3 REPEALER.

All ordinances of the Town of Front Royal, Virginia, which were enacted on or before October 8, 1984, which are not contained in the revised and recodified Code of the Town of Front Royal, Virginia, hereby adopted, and which are not excepted herein, are hereby expressly repealed effective immediately upon the adoption of this ordinance.
