Section 1-19 SEVERABILITY OF CODE PROVISIONS.

If any part, section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this Code is for any reason declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remainder of this Code.
