Section 1-18 CONTINUATION OF EXISTING PROVISIONS.

The provisions appearing in this Code, so far as they are the same as those in the Code of the Town of Front Royal, Virginia, 1965, and all ordinances adopted subsequent to such Code and included herein, shall be considered as a continuation thereof and not as new enactments.
